What is
We offer an interface which you use to establish a remote connection between your vehicle (OBD socket) via your WiFi or 3G/4G network and our local server. The vehicle stays with you and does not need to be moved. As soon as the connection has been established with your vehicle, the Ucardiagnos app will open. A measurement of the connection quality will take place and tell you both if the internet connection and battery voltage is sufficient to complete the job. You then choose which car brand you have and what job you need help with. Through the app our technicians will be able to communicate with you via a chat to tell you if and when a physical task such as turning the ignition has to be done. Once the job has been completed, our technician will tell you via the chat that the job is done and disconnect.
